To expose EMS personnel to the operations of Region II CMED and proper EMS communications
Course Objectives:
- Explain the roles of Region 2 EMS Council & Worcester CMED
- Ensure proper radio etiquette, CMED hailing procedures & entry notification content
- Clarify CMED’s role during an MCI and review initial MCI communication procedures
